Job Description
The Event Sales Administrator provides support to the Event Sales Division. This position is dedicated and committed to supporting the plans, communication, and ultimate execution of details for our clients and customers.
Essential Functions
- Administrative support for event specialists.
- Providing rental agreements to customers.
- Updating and creating CAD drawings for events.
- Execute daily billing tasks for the Events Division.
- Applying for and securing permits for events.
- Manage sub-rentals and billing for the Events Division.
- Execute all customer pickup orders and coordinate with the warehouse.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not supervise staff.
Work Environment
- Most work will be indoors with limited exposure to outside elements.
- The job requires constant interaction with the public via phone, email, or in person.
- Will work in an open office setting with other team members.
- Hours of work are 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; additional hours may be needed as business demands dictate.
Physical Demands
- May be required to lift occasionally, generally less than 10 lbs.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel knowledge and experience is required. Training on rental software will be provided.
- Reliable and dependable with attendance.
- Follow through on assigned tasks with the urgency and attention to detail necessary.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Rental software or other system knowledge and experience.
- Previous administrative support role.
- Bilingual.
