Tent Washing Services

Nobody likes a dirty tent. Within Classic Tents & Events’s 44,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Norcross GA, you can have your tent washed, dried, and or repaired. Our Teeco Solutions’ 125 gallon Tent Washing Machine is capable of washing up to 2200 square feet of vinyl at one time. This helps to maintain the quality and life of each tent. After your tent is washed by experienced and trained personnel, it is properly dried with fans directed at the vinyl to dry it quickly and completely, and prevent mildew during storage.

How far in advance do I need to confirm my inventory?

Our inventory is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, popular dates or peak times of year can result in items that are fully booked. We suggest that you items as soon as you are able to ensure there are no issues with availability. Contact our sales team to discuss details and your reservation.

Can I pick up my rentals?

Yes! Our sales support team is ready to assist you with a customer pick up order. We will help arrange for you to pick up your items in our warehouse.

Do I need a permit for my event?

There are a few factors to permits, the type of event, location, size of tents. Our sales team is knowledgeable and ready to guide you through any permits necessary for your event.

What happens if it rains on my delivery day?

We are there for you rain or shine – we’ve got you covered! Safety is our utmost priority, and our crews will monitor weather patterns for times when we need to pause an install or tear down until the storm passes.

What are the next steps to confirm my reservation?

Once you are ready to move forward with your reservation, your Sales Representative will send you a rental agreement to e-sign, and confirmation will be finalized with a deposit. Prior to delivery and pick up, a representative from our logistics team will reach out to confirm delivery and pick up times.

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept credit card, check and ACH payment.
