Now Hiring: Class B CDL Driver

Essential Functions:

  • Loads, transports, unloads, and delivers items to clients and events in a safe, timely manner.
  • Adheres to assigned routes and follows time schedules.
  • Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record.
  • Delivers, sets up and takes down tents, tables, chairs, and other miscellaneous rental equipment.
  • Operates equipment and machines, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
  • Prepares forms, check-off lists and other documents relating to deliveries.
  • Works in outdoor environment under varying weather conditions.
  • Performs warehouse duties (pull and return equipment to its assigned locations)
  • Cleans and maintains rental equipment.

Work Environment:

  • Often works outdoors and in weather conditions such as heat, cold, sun or rain.
  • May occasionally work in a warehouse/indoor environment that does not have air conditioning.
  • Often uses safety attire and equipment, such as vests, masks, gloves, etc.
  • May work closely to other people, such as in company vehicles/trucks and/or entering office space.
  • May be exposed to loud or distracting sounds or noise levels.

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Clean MVR.
  • Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles.
  • Must be able to lift approximately 20-40 lbs. consistently; up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be available to work seven (7) days a week.

Preferred Experience:

  • Valid CDL, Class A or B.
  • Previous route or delivery driver experience.
  • Construction or other outdoor field work experience.
  • Three months tent installation experience.
  • Bi-lingual/ability to speak Spanish.

  • Section 1 of federal Form I-9
  • Acceptable documents authorized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services proving identity and employment authorization.
